Waterless urinals do not all use the same internal parts or service method. Find the manufacturer and model from the installation records or an accessible label. A product sold as a universal cartridge should not be assumed compatible without confirmation.

Describe drainage behaviour and the timing

Plan the service around washroom use
Agree when the affected area can be taken out of use, how it will be separated from users and what alternative facilities are available. The quotation should identify supported parts, labour, access and any separate drainage work. Leave product-specific care information
At completion, retain the model, parts used, work done and relevant operating checks. Pass the maintenance instructions to the cleaning and facilities teams, particularly if the supported care method differs from ordinary washdown fixtures elsewhere on site. Record any further drainage action still required.
